A compliance tool in use at a trust company, a photo protocol tool for a property company, two client websites, and two apps I developed myself.

Client work: trust company

Compliance screening for a trust company

  1. InAn Excel list of names, plus the current ISG sanctions list.
  2. ChecksEvery name against ISG, then OFAC, then an adverse media search with fixed keywords.
  3. EvidenceOne timestamped screenshot PDF per check, named by person, list and result: hit or no hit.
  4. ReviewA person checks the PDFs for false hits and signs off. Only then is the result used.

No AI inside. The tool follows fixed rules, step by step, exactly as a trained person would, and every check is documented with a timestamp. You can always trace what was checked and when.

From photo folder to finished protocol

When a tenant moves in or out, every small damage gets photographed. Before, each photo was dragged into PowerPoint one by one, resized and arranged by hand. Now the photos are named, dropped into one folder in any order, and one click produces a finished PDF protocol in the company's style, with its logo and link, already correctly named.
