About

Engineering Discipline,Applied to Every Project

I build and improve websites, and turn repetitive manual processes (spreadsheets, checks, reporting) into fast, reliable systems, with a human always reviewing the output before it counts.

Every project gets the same production-grade discipline: scoped clearly, built in tight iterations, and tested against real cases before it ships.

How This Started

Six Months In,Already Hooked

I started NeuralSync AI six months ago. Since then I've learned, mostly the hard way, what actually works when you're building medium-sized websites and small Python tools that save people real hours.

What keeps me doing this is simple. I've seen the impact up close: a screening process that dropped from 6-8 hours to 1-2, a scanned PDF turned back into a usable document in minutes. I want more people to get that same result. There's a selfish reason too: every project makes me sharper for the next one. More reps now means I can build bigger, harder things sooner.

A Fair Question

Why Not Just Hirean Established Firm?

There are firms out there with more people, more case studies, more of everything. Here's the honest difference: hierarchy is slow. At a firm, your request moves through an account manager, then a project lead, then whoever's actually free that sprint. With me, you're talking to the person building it, every time.

Hours to Days
not weeks to months

To an agency, you're the next ticket in the queue. To me, you're the client I'm responsible for right now, and I live and work in Liechtenstein, where that reputation actually follows you. I don't get to lose a client quietly and move on to the next city.

Our Process

From Idea toImplementation

01
1

Understand the Problem

I get close to the actual workflow: how it's done manually today, and why it's done that way, before touching any code.

02
2

Agree on Scope

We lock in exactly what's being built and what "done" looks like, and agree on price before anything is built.

03
3

Build & Iterate

I build in tight iterations, refining until the logic matches your real process exactly. Sometimes that's version one, sometimes it's version seventeen.

04
4

Test & Deliver

We test it against real cases together. Once it holds up, it's yours to use, and I stay reachable if anything needs adjusting.
